Return Window

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Eligible Returns

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Wrong item received
  • Item significantly different from description
  • Unused products in original condition

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products (by customer)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items marked as non-returnable

How to Request a Return

Contact our customer support at support@cartgenix.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

COD Orders

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details when requesting a return.
